Silent Sukahasana is a unique yoga experience using noise canceling headphones to minimize external simulation. Expect thoughtful sequences, curated playlist streaming through noise canceling headphones that allow you to hear the music and cassi's cues clearly.
Class will be offered on Sunday Aug 7th at 6:30p in Grandview (Emerald View) Park. There is ample grass and shade in the park for us to practice comfortably distanced. Class cost is sliding scale $10-$15.
Parking is available on Bailey/Beltzhoover Street. Please bring anything you may need to practice comfortably outdoors (water, bugspray, handtowel). I will provide yoga blocks and cleaning supplies.
