Six women artists from the Pittsburgh region contemporize the art movement coined Magical Realism in 1925. Using a variety of mediums, the artists explore the fantastic, surreal, sci-fi and utopian–inspired tales through the lens of feminism, eco-feminism, black- feminism, queerfeminism, and post -capitalist feminism.
The opening reception will be on September 3, 2016 from 5:30-9:00pm
