The Monongahela Pop Festival kicks off at The Government Center on Friday, October 3. Expect a night of genre-spanning local and touring acts, including Greg Hoy & The Boys, experimental psych-pop from The Garment District, garage rock project Denalis (featuring members of The Mt.
