Matt Jencik is a musician based in Chicago who currently plays guitar in the band Implodes that has released two albums on Kranky. Jencik has been performing and recording since the early 90's with bands such as Hurl, Don Caballero, Thee Speaking Canaries, & Taking Pictures as well as playing bass on the 2007 & 2013/14 Slint reunion tours and guitar and bass for PAPA M from 2009-2012.
Vanta Black is the new industrial influenced solo project of A.E Paterra of Zombi and Majeure.
