Born and raised in Pittsburgh’s Hill district, the Icy Pisces, formerly known as Deejay Aesthetics, intentional practice roots itself in the liberation and worship of black queer folks. The Icy Pisces operates under the philosophy that the dance floor is a sanctuary and should be regarded as such. Starting their deejay journey in 2018, theyre sets have grown to include Ballroom jersey club ghetto House juke trap classics and all things in the category of bounce that ass! Early 2021, Kewchi Nana, a event/ femme collective with two resident Deejays, DJ Jin & Juice and ICY PISCES Our sound gumbo is composed of jersey club bops, Nola bounce mixes, classic trap Bangerz, ghetto house booty breakers and anything else that will make you sweat!
